Overview
HRX-112VE Builder is a medium-sized mech based on Haylis's design, developed by Horizon Corporation and the Defense Forces Advanced Weapons Research Institute, and finally completed by Vesper. It is also the world's first true fourth-generation mech. The aircraft is equipped with two sets of new arashi material self-circulation engines, which are directly linked to the full-body steel arashi alloy frame. It not only provides powerful output, but also can instantly control the compression and release of arashi particles everywhere by exerting precise electromagnetic influence. This allows the aircraft to maintain a light weight while possessing mechanical strength that far exceeds conventional ones. In addition, the newly designed universal weapon interface allows the aircraft to not only be compatible with multiple types of conventional weapons, but also to efficiently use arashi particles in combat under specific conditions. This series of advanced but overly complex body designs brought great instability and were once considered impractical. However, after Haylis used the power of "Heritage" to complete the "True Knowledge System" and "Pams Array" to coordinate the operation of its systems, the HRX-112VE Builder truly became Vesper's ultimate weapon to shake up the situation.
